What a sad commentary it is for the state of the Democrat Party in America that it has become more shameful for them to be tied to a Wall Street lobbyist than a gay porn kingpin. Yet that is exactly where they have brought themselves.

We’ve heard for the last 12 years, particularly since the rise of Barack Obama, about the evil, greedy, corporate types that are ruining this country. Obama ran an entire campaign in 2008 blasting away at the evil lobbyists that were so tightly connected to lawmakers that they corrupted their voting in the best interest of Americans. Obama has worried us that the mere presence of lobbyists in Washington represents a dire threat to the republic. Leave aside the fact that Obama has flooded his administration with lobbyists and plays the exact same game he condemns. A better way to note Obama’s backwardness is to note who doesn’t seem to turn his stomach:
This evening in Portland, Oregon, President Barack Obama thanked a man named Terry Bean for organizing the reelection campaign fundraiser he was speaking at:
“I want to thank someone who put so much work into this event, Terry Bean," President Obama said as the crowd began to cheer. "Give Terry a big round of applause.”
Terry Bean is, according to the New York Post, a "gay-porn kingpin."
"ONE of the 'bundlers' who has raised $50,000 to $100,000 for the Barack Obama presidential campaign is Terrence Bean, who once controlled the biggest producer of gay porn in America," the Post reported in 2008, during the president's first run the office. "Bean, the first gay on Sen. Obama's National Finance Committee, is the sole trustee of the Charles M. Holmes Foundation, which owned Falcon Studios, Jock Studios and Mustang Studios, the producers of about $10 million worth of all-male pornography a year."

Perhaps this was the change we could believe in? Apparently to Obama, those distributors of pornography – no less gay pornography – are not a threat to the republic, are not corrupting Americans and destroying families. No, they are men worthy of a “big round of applause” so long as they are donating their sexually deviant dollars to his campaign coffers. Pathetic.
