After enacting it, we proceeded to 9% unemployment and have never dropped below 8%. The newest numbers show the rate has ticked back up to 8.2%. Obama's team predicted we would now be at 5.6% with his stimulus enacted. That kind of accuracy demands a second term, doesn't it? (listen)
