Leader Admits It Has Always Been About Government Approval
In case you missed the late Friday afternoon announcement, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced that it was revoking the specialty license plate for the homosexual recruitment center the Indiana Youth Group because they had violated their contract in how the organization was raffling off plate numbers to the highest bidders.

The media contacted AFA-IN immediately after the news broke. I told reporters that while I was very glad that the plate was revoked, it should have occurred due to the content of the organization’s activities with children as young as 12 years of age. As noted in my editorial I shared last week, which appeared unedited in the Indianapolis Star the day before the BMV decision, this organization tears down the inhibitions of children between the ages of 12 and 21 and reinforces all sorts of risky and even bizarre sexual activities as normal and OK. (Keep reading, this will become quite obvious at the end of this email.)
Of course the far left is having a conniption over this news. I have been called all sorts of names in the blogs, Internet, email and phone messages, but that is typical of the worshipers of tolerance. Everyone is required to embrace their moral anarchy. Those who don’t are immediately labeled as “intolerant” and “bigots” regardless of our reasoning or motivation.
One of the most interesting and revealing responses however, was from the director of the Indiana Youth Group herself. I agree with her summary on the plate's intent. Mary Byrne told reporters that the specialty plate was about far more than the funds it raised to set up homosexual clubs in schools. “It’s a ‘we’ve arrived, we are now OK in Indiana’ plate,” she said. In other words, as with virtually all of the homosexual political agenda, it is always about obtaining government and societal approval of an aberrant and hazardous pattern of behavior.
While some of its defenders dismiss the allegation that the IYG is a “recruitment" center, or claim that it is not about sexual behaviors or changing attitudes, I’ll let you be the judge of that. I also want to remind people that “what you condone, you become a part of” and the state should never have become a part of an organization that promotes THIS to children.
In September of 2010 the IYG hosted a two-hour workshop for children teaching them how to apply make up and cross dress. The workshop also taught kids what it is like to be a “drag queen.” Later in the month, the group hosted a “Youth Drag Show” for kids to participate in and behave on stage as transvestites. In preparation for this contest, the group brought in a “professional” cross-dressing man (though it is unclear after 15 years of performing as “Asia LaBouche” how he identifies himself from the articles I read about him/her).
The above picture is the IYG’s “special guest,” Asia LaBouche who led the “IYG Drag Workshop” for impressionable youth ages 12-21. The BMV could have easily seen on the IYG Calendar of Events before they ever helped to fund the organization with the state seal of approval and promotion of the IYG on the taxpayer-funded BMV web page.
Please pray for the confused children and people who support the IYG. There is true hope and love, peace and happiness to live as God intended available to them as it is to all of us. It is not going to be found in a venue like the IYG who lifts up Asia's lifestyle as a teacher worthy of honor and praise.
