One of the things I asked Pat Buchanan when we had him on the show last week was whether he thought the rate at which we were watching the breakdown of American culture was increasing in recent years.  He said, having been watching it slowly unfold for decades, that such an observation was spot on.  And it makes sense: the snowball rolling down the hill starts slowly, but as it picks up more weight and more steam, it begins to barrel downward a lot quicker.

And when you step back and look at what has been achieved by the anti-family, pro-sexual anarchy left in just the last 10 years, it is remarkable.  How does that happen?  Speaking specifically of the practice of homosexuality, how does it go from a forbidden vice...and something that was against the law to being publicly embraced and endorsed by sitting Governors and even Presidents in such a short period of time?

One of the most effective strategies the homosexual lobby has utilized is one that has been perfected by the earlier incremental steps of the larger sexual anarchy movement that embodies it: normalization and repetition.  Just get the behavior in front of people's faces and expose them to it over and over again.  As one homosexual activist wrote in the 1980s in a major homosexual publication, "You can forget about making people think that homosexuality is a moral thing.  But if we can get them to believe that it is just another thing," then they win.

And that's been exactly what the homosexual lobby has done.  Take an offensive, ungodly behavior and expose people to it over and over again.  And before long we endure it.  After that we pity it.  Then after that we embrace it.  And that's where we are now.  Hollywood has done their part, and they continue to.  It's why that song says be careful little eyes what you see and be careful little ears what you hear.

But too many Christians haven't guarded their hearts and their minds.  They've opened it up to the lies and manipulations of man.  They don't think Biblically.  They think culturally.  Their frame of reference for what is acceptable and what is right is built upon what they see and learn from TV, not what they see and learn from Scripture.  And worse, they throw their children to the wolves as well.  One of the things Pat Buchanan pointed out in our interview was the overwhelming number of young people who feel much more open to embrace homosexuality than their parents.

With this kind of stuff, as reported by PopWatch.com, why wouldn't they:

Gleeks you MUST tune in for next week's episode of Glee, called "The First Time." It's without a doubt one of Glee?s best installments ever and features two popular couples on the show having sex for the first time.

The couples losing their virginity? Finn and Rachel and.Kurt and Blaine! Yep, the couple ? who was featured on the cover of EW's Gay Teens on TV issue - finally decide to take the next step in their relationship. It's all handled very delicately and is incredibly moving. I can't think of another network series that's taken a teenage gay relationship so far or been so progressive. The moment is instigated when another teen, Warbler member Sebastian (Grant Gustin), aggressively pursues Blaine. The trio actually have a very amusing triple date to West Lima's only gay bar Scandals and run into none other than Karofsky (Max Adler). Look for a great moment between Karofsky and Kurt.

Gay sex is just like hetero sex.  And by the way, premarital sex is what everyone does.  That is the message that shows like Glee are intending to send.  And they are becoming less and less concerned about hiding their propaganda.  Once concealed and manipulative, it is becoming bolder, brasher, and blatant.  But don't worry, Christian parents just let their kids watch it because it has good music.

And we wonder why we're to the place where we are culturally.
