SHOCK: Polls Show Dems Heavily Favor Domestic Drilling
How long do you suppose it will take for Democrat leaders in Washington to hear about this survey? Recent polling data from the Pew Research Center shows that Americans favor domestic oil exploration by rapidly increasing numbers, and are less and less concerned about the liberal cries of “conservation at any cost.” But what is most amazing is the massive amount of Democrats who favor drilling despite their leaders who stand in its way. Oops! High Court Caught in Embarrassing Error
The outrage to the Supreme Court’s recent decree that child rapists cannot be executed certainly demonstrates the “evolving standards of decency” the Court spoke of weren’t exactly what the liberal justices thought they were. Further, it now appears that the ruling is fatally flawed with an incredible blunder Kennedy made in the ruling that could provoke a re-hearing.

To liberals it is almost as well known a phrase as "land of the free, home of the brave." The "tax cuts for the rich" mantra has become a staple in the liberal arsenal against tax cuts FOR EVERYONE. Even Whoopi Goldberg has figured this one out. If you pay more in taxes (as the rich obviously do), then when everyone gets the SAME percentage of their taxes back, you'll get more than someone paying less than you. Pelosi Commands, Dems Obey
Last year 113 Democrats voted to protect the freedom of speech in broadcasting from government mandated “equal time.” Then, Nancy Pelosi issued a decree, and this year not one Democrat has had the courage to oppose her. So much for the “Blue Dog” coalition of Democrats. Pelosi’s push for government control of the private airwaves is conniving, dangerous, and represents the worst kind of politics: personal revenge.

A large contingent of pro-life teachers marched in Washington to protest the rabidly pro-abortion position of the NEA, which advocates abortion in all nine months of pregnancy. One might wonder why the National Education Association is involving itself at all in an issue like abortion. The NEA has no answer for their irresponsible activism.

Provided he steers clear of derailing his momentum by jumping on the McCain train, Louisiana Bobby Jindal is looking more and more promising to conservatives. The man is genuine, moral, AND conservative. Cleaning up Louisiana will take a while, and hopefully Jindal won't jump ship too quickly by tying himself to McCain.
